AFR'AM Fest is an African-American cultural festival being sponsored for the eighteenth year by SEVAA (The Southeastern Virginia Arts Association), a non-profit umbrella arts organization. The festivals is full of displays, exhibits, vendors, food concessions and entertainment, all designed to perpetuate the richness of the Black experience and to further edify those who attend.
The festival takes place at Town Point Park off Waterside Drive, located on the Elizabeth River along the scenic skyline of Norfolk, Virginia. The art area will be located in the area to the right of the Otter Berth where the New Spirit Cruise Ship docks Saturday, May 25 Sunday, May 26 Monday, May 27 (Setup time Saturday - Monday 7:00 - 9:00 am) |
