Background

AFR'AM Fest is an African-American cultural festival being sponsored for the eighteenth year by SEVAA (The Southeastern Virginia Arts Association), a non-profit umbrella arts organization. The festivals is full of displays, exhibits, vendors, food concessions and entertainment, all designed to perpetuate the richness of the Black experience and to further edify those who attend.

Vendor selling paintingThe Art show is an important part of the total festival experience which last year attracted more than 200,000 people. This year's festival promises to be even better, so please join us.

Location

The festival takes place at Town Point Park off Waterside Drive, located on the Elizabeth River along the scenic skyline of Norfolk, Virginia. The art area will be located in the area to the right of the Otter Berth where the New Spirit Cruise Ship docks
